3. Kampot roasted chicken

Ha Tien city is located next to Kampot – a province of Cambodia, so there is influence and interference in culture and cuisine. 4. Ha Tien Indian volute 

Talking about Ha Tien specialties, it is impossible not to mention the Indian volute dish. This is a large snail, some weighing more than 1kg. This species of snail often lives in rocky areas or cliffs, in flooded caves around the foot of islands. People often prepare Indian volute by boiling or grilling. Grilled and boiled Indian volute dipped in salt, pepper, lemon, and chili are very delicious. In addition, people also use the Indian volute pulp to make salad. 5. Ha Tien specialty – palm sugar honeycomb cake  

Palm sugar honeycomb cake is a Ha Tien specialty of the Khmer people. Usually, on festivals, cakes are made by Khmer people as offerings. Palm sugar honeycomb cake is used as a dessert after the main meal during the festival. The cake is made from rice flour, palm sugar, ripe palm fruit pulp, a little coconut milk and grated coconut stems. Palm sugar honeycomb cake has a sweet taste, rich aroma, and is very delicious.

6. Mantis shrimp  

Mantis shrimp, also known as surface shrimp, is one of the famous Ha Tien specialties. Mantis shrimp is in season around September and October. 7. Crab noodle soup
