7. Rach Vem Beach – one of the beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc
Rach Vem Beach is one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc. The beach is located in Ganh Dau commune, Phu Quoc city. To get here, you will have to travel about 40km on the road through Phu Quoc’s primeval forest. You will admire a long stretch of white sand and blue sea water. In particular, this place is famous as a starfish paradise with thousands of starfish lying along the coast of Rach Vem beach.
8. Dinh Cau Cape
Dinh Cau Cape is located right in Dong Duong town, Phu Quoc city. Dinh Cau is also known as the Long Vuong temple, located on a rocky cape jutting out into the sea in the shape of a turtle, so the locals call it Dinh Cau Cape. This place is considered a symbol of Phu Quoc city, associated with the spiritual culture of the people here through mysterious folk stories about it. 9. Star Beach – a must-see beach destination in Phu Quoc
Star Beach is located in An Thoi Commune, Phu Quoc City, in the South of the island. This is one of the most beautiful beaches on Phu Quoc Island with a beach stretching about 7km. The beach is located in a sheltered area so the sea is calm with a gentle slope that is not too deep. Sao Beach area also develops many famous restaurants and services, so visitors can come directly here to enjoy the cuisine and visit the surrounding area.
10. Truong Beach Phu Quoc
Truong Beach Phu Quoc is located right in Duong Dong Town, Phu Quoc City. With a 15km long coastline, this is the longest beach in Phu Quoc. Truong Beach has many recreational activities for visitors such as swimming, boating, along with artificial check-in points built by tourist areas. The special feature of Truong Beach for young visitors is that the beach is right next to the airport. Therefore, visitors can take photos when the plane is about to land with the long coastline as far as the eye can see.
11. Beach tourism in Phu Quoc, visit Khem Beach
Khem Beach is one of the pristine beaches that has not been exploited much in Phu Quoc. Therefore, here you can see palm trees and poplar trees growing close to the shore. Khem Beach does not have a long coastline like Dai Beach or Truong Beach, but it has a unique coastline with rocky outcrops mixed with fine white sand, creating a poetic scene. Khem Beach is suitable for visitors to bring their family or friends to visit.
12. Hon Dam Ngang (Hon Gam Ghi Phu Quoc)
Hon Dam Ngang, also known as Hon Gam Ghi, is a small island located in the South. Visitors can travel from Duong Dong town down to the South of the island to An Thoi port. From here, visitors will take a boat or canoe from 20 minutes to 60 minutes to reach the island. Because this is the farthest island from Phu Quoc city, it is still very wild, the ecosystem is still intact. Hon Dam Ngang has activities such as swimming and coral viewing for visitors who want to experience and explore the marine life here.
