Nam Du archipelago, also known as “Vietnam’s Maldives”, is an archipelago in Kien Hai district, Kien Giang province, located about 80km southwest of Rach Gia. Nam Du archipelago consists of 21 large and small islands located close together with a total area of 9.12km2. The largest island is Nam Du with a peak of 309m and 8,000 residents.
